O.P.No-1  &2  are   present   today   through   ld.  counsel.   Complainant    is   absent   without  any  step.  Today    has  been   fixed  for    necessary  order  .  

It  is   seen  from  the    record    that  the    complainant   was   absent   on  20/12/22,  28/2/23,   24/4/23,  2/6/23,   19/7/23,  31/8/23,   21/9/23  and    14/11/23.

We  are    of  the  view   that  the    complainant  is    not   interested   to  proceed   with   the   case    and  accordingly  , the  case   is   dismissed   for   default.
