          Ld. Advocate for the applicant is present. Ld. Advocate for the OPs appeared and filed Vokalatnama on behalf of their clients/O.Ps. Heard both side at length on the issue of transfer of CC/109/2021 pending before ld. D.C.D.R.C., Kolkata Unit I. In the application being TA/138/2021 the applicant is praying for transfer of the case being CC/109/2021  from the ld.D.C.D.R.C., Kolkata Unit I to Additional C.D.R.C. Rajarhat (New Town) on the ground that the case was filed before the ld.D.C.D.R.C. , Kolkata Unit I but it would be convenient for the complainants to get the Complaint Case (CC/109/2021) for trial by the the Additional C.D.R.C. Rajarhat (New Town). Ld. Advocate for the OPs raised objection but in exercise of the power conferred on us U/s 48 of the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 , we feel it proper to pass order of  transfer of the case (CC/109/2021) to Additional C.D.R.C. Rajarhat (New Town) in the interest of justice. Order is passed accordingly. Ld. D.C.D.R.C. , Kolkata Unit-I is requested to transfer the case being CC/109/2021 pending before it to the transferee Commission (i.e. Addl. C.D.R.C. Rajarhat, New Town) within two weeks from the date of receipt of this order and the ld. Additional C.D.R.C., Rajarhat (New Town) is to receive the case record  and register it to  its own file and number for disposal of the same according to law. The Opposite Parties to note. To 8.3.2022 for appearance of the parties before the Transferee Commission.

          A copy of this order be sent to each of these abovenoted Commissions for necessary compliance.

          The Transfer Application is thus disposed of on contest.
