                   None appeared for the appellant.

Learned Counsel Sri Rajesh Chadha appeared for respondent and moved application that the complainant has settled the dispute amicably with respondent bank and vide letter dated 13-12-2018 has agreed for withdrawl of the case in respect of loan account in question.

Perusal of order sheet shows that none appeared for the appellant on 26-03-2018, 27-07-2018 and 14-02-2019. None appeared for appellant today also.

In view of above it is clear that appellant has remained absent for consecutive several dates and none appeared for him today also to press delay condonation application as well as appeal. As such delay condonation application is rejected in default of appellant and appeal is not entertained due to bar of limitation.
