COMPLAINT UNDER SEC. 12 OF CONSUMER PROTECTION ACT, 1986.             

 

Present:      Shri Kirpal Singh, Advocate for the complainants.

                   Shri V.D. Sharma, Adv for the OP No.1.

                   Shri C.L. Uppal, Advocate for the OP No.2.

                   Shri Harbans Sinhmar, Rep for OP No.3.

                  

                   Power of attorney on behalf of OP No.2 and memo of appearance on behalf of OP No.1 filed. However, the ld. counsel for the OP No.2 has got recorded his statement to the effect that their company has compromised the matter in question with the complainants and as per that compromise, the company/OP is ready to pay Rs.55,000/- to the complainants and he further sought one month time. Statement of the ld. counsel for the complainants also recorded to the effect that he is agreed with the above statement of ld. counsel for the OP No.2 and in view of that statement; he does not want to proceed with the present complaint further and withdraws the same. The parties are bound by their statements. So, in view of statement of the ld. counsel for the complainants, the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn. File be consigned to record, after due compliance.
