None appeared for the complainant.

Perusal of complaint shows that the complaint has been filed for redressal of grievance arising out of loan which has been taken for commercial purpose.

Perusal of complaint further shows that the bank has initiated proceedings before Debts Recovery Tribunal by filing OA No. 747 of 2017 under Section 19 of the Recovery of Debts and Bankruptcy (Act) 1993.

In complaint it has been further averred that the complainant has also filed application under Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Securities Interest Act, 2002  before D.R.T. Allahabad which is pending.

In view of above this complaint is not maintainable under the Consumer Protection Act 1986. The complaint is dismissed.
