Today is fixed for further order.

Ld. Adv. for the complainant is present.

Ld. Adv. for the OP is present.

He files a petition supported by affidavit and stated that OP no. 2 has already been complied order of this Commission dtd. 02.02.2023.

 He further submits that in view   of the said order OP no. 2 has already transferred a sum of Rs. 3,720/- to the Bank Account of the complainant and said transaction has successfully made.

 Perused the order dtd. 02.02.2023 .

complainant  was agreed to settle the dispute on receipt of   original fare of the railway  ticket amounting  to Rs. 3,720/-   and OP no. 2 has already paid the same  in favour of the complainant .

 

 Hence  it is,

ordered.

 That the present case be and same vide no. CC/08/2021 be and same is dismissed in terms of compromise made in this Commission on 02.02.2023 .

 Case is thus disposed off.
