M/s LKJS Constructions Vs. The Oriental Insurance.

 

Present:     Smt. Anjana Chaudhary, Adv. for the complainant.

                            

                 Complaint presented before the registry of this Commission on 16.01.2023 and put up before this Commission on today itself. It is hereby ordered to be registered against the registration number already allotted by the registry of this Commission.                                   

                 Counsel for the complainant tendered documents Ex.C1 and Ex.C16.

                 Keeping in view even dated separate statement suffered by counsel for the complainant, present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn and after removing technical/legal defect, if any, the complainant shall be at liberty to file afresh complaint against the party concerned. The supportive documents Ex.C5 to Ex.C15 attached with the complaint are hereby ordered to be returned to the complainant through counsel Smt. Anjana Chaudhary, against proper receipt.  File be consigned to the records.
