Shri Seth points out that the cost of Rs.2500/- and Rs.5000/- imposed on the complainant has not been deposited till date.  Shri Indora expresses his inability to make statement if the costs was actually deposited.  Orders passed on previous dates would show that complaint was postponed on one ground or the other at the behest of the complainant.  Arguing counsel of the complainant is reported to be busy in Delhi High Court.  It is already 1.05 PM.  Considering the said facts, we have no option but to dismiss the complaint which is pending for the last almost nine years for non-prosecution.  Dismissed as such.  No order as to costs.
