Today, the Member/Smt.Jyotsna is on leave. File taken up on 11.2.2023 in the National Lok Adalat. Statement of Sh.A.K.Arora, Adv. Counsel for OPs No.1 & 2 recorded that the OPs No.1 & 2, Insurance Company is ready to make payment of Rs.48,149/- in full & final settlement of the claim of the complainant against both the Opposite Parties qua the theft of active 4G Scooter bearing No.PB07BJ4692. The Company shall make the payement within a period of one month from the date of receipt of copy of order. The Complainant be directed to supply the Bank Account particulars to the Insuance Company.

Further, Statement of Sh.Kulwinder Singh, the Complainant along with his Counsel recorded that he admits the statement given by the OPs. The complaint may be disposed off as per the statement of Sh.A.K.Arora, Advocate.

In view of statement by the Complainant as well as Counsel for OPs No.1 & 2, parties have settled the matter amicably. So accordingly, the award is passed with the directions to the OPs No.1 & 2 to pay the aforesaid amount of Rs.48,149/- to the complainant within a period of one month from the date of receipt of copy of the order. The Complainant is also directed to supply the Bank Account particulars to the Insurance Company. The present complaint is accordingly disposed of. Copy of the award be supplied to the parties, free of costs, as per rules. File be consigned to the record room.
