As per Satish Sapre, President. 

Perused record, documents filed by O.P. it appears that claim of the complainant is satisfied way back in the year 2002. Copy of relevant document is also on record. Furthermore on the application of dismissed moved by O.P, Complainant has warranted the same fact.

Hence in view of compliance made by O.P. present case is disposed of as “dismissed”.

                                                                ORDER  

       1)      Complainant present case is disposed of as dismissed. 

       2)      No order as to costs.
