                Today the case was fixed for issuance of notice to OP no.2.

                At the stage, learned counsel for complainant suffered a separate statement to the effect that matter has been compromised with the opposite parties and as per compromise, he has received a cheque of Rs.33896/-. Now, he does not want to pursue the present complaint and withdraw the same.     

                  In view of statement of learned counsel for complainant, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn being compromised. Parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and file be consigned to the record room.
