None present on behalf of the complainant on repeated call.

On earlier occasion i.e. Order No.40 dated 25/11/2021 this Commission clearly mentioned that the complainant remain absent the matter will be disposed of on the basis of the application filed by the o.p. In that application Ld. Advocate stated that the complainant has already received claim amount i.e. Rs.4.0 Lakh and further assured that he will not claim any interest. As the matter settled up out of the Court so complainant remains absent, in spite of show cause by this Commission. This is a very old case i.e. origin of 2015. So in my view this case should be disposed of on the basis of the application filed by the o.ps.

Hence, this complaint case no.CC/585/2015 be disposed of with full satisfaction.

No order as to cost.

Document returned by the CID in a sealed envelope kept with   the record.

Any original document filed by the parties be returned on usual application.
