                Case file taken up today on the application moved by learned counsel for complainant.

                Learned counsel for complainant suffered his separate statement to the effect that he does not want to pursue with the present complaint and withdraws the same on technical defect and sought permission to file afresh on the same cause of action before the competent jurisdiction.            

                In view of statement of learned counsel for complainant, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. However, the complainant would be at liberty to file afresh complaint on the same cause of action in the court of competent jurisdiction, if so desired. Parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and file be consigned to the record room.
