Final Order / Judgement

Ld. Lawyer for the Complainant is present by filing hajira.  Today is fixed for admission hearing.  

            At this stage, the Ld. Lawyer for the complainant files a petition seeking permission to withdraw the case with a liberty to file fresh petition on the ground stated therein. 

Perused the petition.  Heard submission of the Ld. Lawyer for the complainant.  We find that the complainant has filed a petition seeking permission before this Forum to withdraw the case with a liberty to file fresh petition due to some formal defects. 

Prayer is allowed.  Complainant is permitted to withdraw the case with a liberty to file fresh petition if not barred as per provision of Consumer Protection Act, 1986.  The case and the petition filed today are disposed of accordingly.

            Let a  plain copy of the order be supplied to the complainant forthwith  free of cost.
