Brief facts of the case:-
Case in hand is the allegation of deficiency in service and unfair trade practice by the O.Ps for non closing of loan account No.56693211 under O.T.S which the complainant sought redressal.
The disputes between the parties having been settled between them after filing of C.C. case before this commission by the complainant which evidenced by the memo dated.22.03.2023 filed by the complainant.
The commission having subsequently been satisfied by examining the complainant, as to his voluntary act to be withdrawn vis-à-vis the truth of the averments of the said memo dated. 22.03.2023.
In the result this commission in the interest of justice allows the complainant to withdraw his case and in the circumstances of the case without any cost.
The complaint stands accordingly disposed of as withdrawn after full and final satisfaction of the complainant on merit.
A copy of this order be provided to all the parties at free of cost as mandated by the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or they may download same from the confonet.nic.in to treat the same as if copy of order received from this Commission.
The judgment be uploaded forthwith on the website of the Commission for the perusal of the parties.
