The complainant is present by filing hajira through his Ld. Lawyer.

            Today is fixed for S/R and appearance .

             At this stage, the Ld. Lawyer for the complainant has filed a petition on the ground stated therein and it is stated that the complainant has received Rs.9,500/-  from the OP so, the complainant does not want to proceed the case further and prayed for disposal of the case.

            Perused the petition. Heard the complainant.  Considered. 

            In view of the aforesaid circumstances, we are of the considered view that the instant case may be disposed off.

            Hence, it is

Ordered,

            That the instant case be and the same is disposed off as per prayer of the complainant.   

            Let a plain copy of this order be supplied to the parties forthwith free of cost.
