It appears from the record that number of the order-3 dated 03/11/2020, Order No.4 dated 08/12/2020, Order No.5 dated 02/02/2021, Order No.21 dated 23/03/2021, Order No.7 dated 06/05/2021, Order No.8 dated 09/07/2021, Order No.9 dated 24/08/2021 have been wrongly entered in the order sheet. Order No. will be 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18 19 respectively. It is a mere typographical mistake and for the purpose of justice it should be rectified accordingly.

Ld. Advocate for the bank authority appears and submit that bank authority complied the order of this Commission and there is no grievance of complainant, so complainant neglect to appear before this Commission.

It appears from the record that this Commission already show caused complainant but in spite of show cause complainant remain absent.

Considering the conduct of the complainant, in my view complainant is less interested to proceed with this case.

Hence, it is

                                    O R D E R E D

that this complaint case be and the same is dismissed in default. No order as to cost.
