The Misc. Application dated 12/12/2022 filed by the complainant/petitioner is taken up for hearing along with its written objection.

Heard both side.

Ld. Advocate for the complainant / petitioner submits that due to inadvertent the documentary evidence had not been submitted with affidavit in chief. As such, complainant desires to submit supplementary evidence on affidavit in this case.

Ld. Advocate for the opposite party no.5 raised objection against the prayer of the complainant/petitioner.

For proper adjudication of the case and to unearth truth the Misc. Application dated 12/12/2022 filed by the complainant /petitioner is allowed on contest subject to payment of cost of Rs.200/- (Rupees Two Hundred) only

The complainant is at liberty to submit supplementary documentary evidence restricted to the list of documents dated 25/11/2021 filed by him in CC/297/2021.
