Final Order / Judgement

the case is fixed today for passing necessary order.

Dhr/ complainant has appeared today before this forum and filed one application stating that Jdr nos 1 & 2 i.e. Branch Manager of S.B.I. and Allahabad Bank have paid a sum of Rs. 7458/- and Rs. 7435/- respectively in compliance with the order of Hon’ble W.B.S.C.D.R.C. Siliguri Circuit Bench and the Dhr/complainant has no claim against the Jdrs and accordingly he prays for disposal of the instant execution case.

Jdr no-2 by filing an application dt. 14/01/2020 has stated that Jdr Allahabad Bank, Mohanahat Branch has paid/deposited the awarded amount in the account of the Dhr/ complainant on 13/01/2020 and in this regard the original copy of appliction form for fund transfer under RTGS dt. 13/01/2020 in favour of the Dhr Nibir Sarkar is fixed.

Hd. In view of the petition of the Dhr/complainant the EA/12/2018 is disposed off with full satisfaction.
