An application has been filed by the complainant under section 12 of the C.P. Act, 1986  against OP bank alleging deficiency in service as stated in the complaint petition.

 The case has been admitted on 20.12.2019. Though the complainant have filed the case but he did not turn up before  the Dist Forum( Now Commission) on 10.05.2022 and accordingly an order had been issued against him to file show cause as to why necessary order shall not be passed against the Complainant.

 Despite giving such direction, the complainant did not file any reply to the show cause as directed being Order No: 10 dated 10.05.2022. It appears to us that the complainant was reluctant and did not turn up before the Dist. Commission to file reply and accordingly an order has been passed today being Order No. 10 dtd. 06.06.2022 by which the instant complaint has been dismissed for default.

 Let the said order be considered as part of this final order.

Accordingly,

 The instant Consumer Complaint, being No:  CC/ 388/2019 is dismissed for default.

 Let free copy be supplied to the Complainant free of cost as per provision of the C.P.R,2005.
