Statement of Smt.Gurpreet Kaur, Complainant in person recorded that compromise has been effected between the parties for a sum of Rs.96,245/- according to compromise. She has already received amount of Rs.96,245/- in her Bank Account Number 051053100001183 on 22.04.2024. Now nothing remains due towards Opposite Party. Therefore, the present complaint be dismissed as withdrawn being compromised.
