Heard the learned Counsel for the Petitioner.

          Essentially the matter pertains to certain bank transactions wherein fraud/cheating, dispute with respect to delivery of cheque book issued on demand, forgery in transactions etc. The records also reveal consideration of handwriting opinions by the fora below.

After hearing the Counsel and due examination of the entire records, we are of the considered view this matter entails examination of witnesses, bank records, disputed signatures, opinion of handwriting experts, which can more efficaciously be done by appropriate Civil Court. 

          The present R.P. No. 2880 of 2024 is disposed of with these observations. All the pending applications also stand disposed of.

          Needless to say, the Complainant is granted liberty to approach appropriate fora to seek relief in respect of the grievances against the OP. He may also seek benefit of the provisions of Section 14 of the Limitation Act, 1963 in doing so with respect to the time spent in prosecuting litigation under this Act.
