Complaint under Section 35 of the Consumer Protection Act, 2019

Today the case was fixed for compromise. Learned counsel for the complainant has made a statement which is recorded separately, to the effect that matter has been settled between the parties by which, the complainant has received the amount of Rs.2,06,895/-, in the account of Usha Verma and Rs.2,31,189/- in the account of Shalinder Verma against the maturity value of FDRs of Shalinder Verma and Usha Verma. Original FDRs of Ankur Verma vide bearing No.450875 and 450876 are handed over to the Manager Shri Sanjay Kumar Dhiman of State Bank of India, now nothing remains due against the FDRs and all claims against these FDRs have been settled full and finally and no claim against the OP as damages etc. will be filed, against the OPs. As such, he withdraws the present complaint on behalf of the complainant. Copy of the FDRs placed on file.
In view of the above-said statement of the learned counsel for the complainant, the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn. Certified copy of this order passed in Lok Adalat be supplied to the parties concerned, free of costs, as per rules. File be indexed and consigned to record room, after due compliance.
