The complaint was filed under Section 12 (1) of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986. The complainant is absent and has no representation from his side. The opposite party is also absent and has no representation from their side. The complainant is absenting continuously from the first posting date itself.

The commission has issued notice to the complainant to appear before the commission and to adduce evidence if any.

Notice was sent to the complainant on 13-12-2021 and on 30-12-2022 and is seen served as per the proof of delivery of the Postal Department. Today also the complainant is absent and no evidence was adduced by the complainant. So many chances were given to the complainant to adduce evidence. The complainant is not interested to proceed further.

Hence the complaint is closed as the default of the complainant.
