Ld. Advocates for the complainant and opposite parties are present.

Both sides submit that the matter has been settled mutually between the parties and file a joint petition on affidavit on the same ground with a prayer to dispose of the case.

On perusal of the petition we find that the dispute between the parties has been settled and the complainant as well as the the opposite party have prayed for disposal of the complaint case.

In view of the above, the complaint case be and the same is dismissed as the same has been infructous. There will be no order as to cost.
