Final Order / Judgement

                                         The record is put up today on the strength of advance petition filed by the Advocate for Complainant along with withdrawal petition. Copy served without objection. Both the Complainant and his Advocate are present. Perused the withdrawal petition of Complainant, where it is found that both the Complainant and O.Ps amicably settled the case outside the Commission. So, the Complainant does not want to proceed with this case further and prayed to drop the case. Heard on the withdrawal petition of Complainant and it is allowed. Hence, the case is dropped accordingly.
