BEFORE THE LOK-ADALATH

Advanced at the instance of parties for the purpose of settlement.

Compromise petition filed and arrived for settlement for Rs.6,60,247/- out of which Rs. 3,05,397/- (Rs.3,19,247/- minus Rs.13,850/- towards TDS) is deposited in Execution Petition No.13/2022 before District Commission, Udupi is payable to the Respondent No.1/Dhr.No.1 and balance amount of Rs.3,41,000/- is payable through D.D. from Respondent No.4 on or before 15.12.2022.  In view of that matter is settled.  The appeal is dismissed.
