Appellant Bank has filed the present application for the grant of  permission to withdraw the appeal in view of amicable settlement with the respondent. Application is supported with copy of compromise deed as well as other documents. Application is duly signed by the Branch Manager who is authorized signatory and he is physically present before the State Consumer Commission, Circuit Bench Nagpur. He has duly identified his signature in the application.  In view of the same, appellant/bank is permitted to withdraw the appeal. Hence appeal is  hereby disposed of. Refund is allowed as per law.
