                    Shri Mohan Chouksey, learned counsel for the appellant.

                    Shri Himanshu Rai, leaned counsel for the respondent no.1.

                    Shri Neelesh Khare, learned counsel for the respondent no.2.

                    Shri Rajesh Arya, learned counsel for the respondent no.3.

                    Learned counsel for the parties submit that the matter has been settled between them and as per settlement appellant Air India

will pay to respondent no.1/complainant Rs.20,000/- with accrued interest on the amount deposited with the District Commission as pre-deposit for making this appeal competent under Section 15 of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986.

                    Accordingly, it is directed that Rs.20,000/- with accrued interest will be paid by the District Commission to the respondent no.1/complainant. Rest amount of Rs.5,000/- with accrued interest will be payable to appellant Air India. 

                      With the aforesaid directions, the appeal stands disposed of.

                     This order shall be binding and enforceable between the parties as provided under the Legal Services Authorities Act, 1987.
