ORDER

We have considered the grounds mentioned in the review application.  The applicant submits that certain case law and Rule 27 of the Schedule II of Carriage by Air Act, 1972 is required to be addressed.  We do not find any patent error which goes to the root of the matter.  The review application is, therefore, dismissed.
