Final Order / Judgement

                     The matter is placed before the National Lok Adalat.

                                Learned counsel for the appellant is present and submits that there is order of the learned District Forum to pay down                   payment of Rs.8796/- and to pay compensation of Rs.1000/-. According to him the down payment has been made to the dealer but                    not to  the appellant-bank. But he is ready to pay compensation of Rs.1000/- in the spirit of Lok Adalat. Since, the down payment has                  been made to the dealer  and the appellant agreed to pay compensation, we hereby modified the impugned order by directing                           the appellant to pay compensation  of Rs.1000/- within a period of 45 days from today.

                               The appeal is disposed of in Lok Adalat.
