                   Due to Covid-19 pandemic, the matter could not be taken up on 29.07.2021, 11.01.2022 and thereafter the matter was adjourned for today i.e. 08.07.2022.

                   Perusal of the previous order reveals that notice was issued to the appellant to appear before this Commission for appraisal of the facts for filing of the present appeal.      As per report of registry, notice issued to the appellant received back with the report “addressee has expired”. Today case called several times since morning, but nobody has appeared on behalf of the appellant, neither any counsel nor anyone of his representatives. On the other hand, learned counsel for the respondents has brought into the notice of this Commission that they have already complied with the directions issued by learned District Commission, during the execution proceedings.

                   Under these circumstances, present appeal is hereby dismissed for want of prosecution. File be consigned to records after due compliance.
