ORDER

It has been mentioned that the matter has been amicably settled between the Company, the Dealer and the Complainant/School. 

Mr. Vijay S. Bahekar, Director of the School, who has appeared in person, has made a statement that he wants to withdraw all the allegations made in the Complaint.  We order accordingly.

In view of the above, the Appeals stand disposed of.

The amount deposited by the Appellants at the time of filing the Appeals shall be refunded to them.
