Opposite parties by letter dated 19th September, 2012 requested this Commission to close the above case as matter has been settled between the parties. Today counsel for complainant filed application and submitted that he may be permitted to withdraw the case as matter has been settled between the parties. Permission for withdrawal of the case is granted and complaint stands dismissed as withdrawn.
