I have heard learned Counsel for the applicant and perused application moved by applicant.

Execution Case No. 38 of 2017 is reported to be pending before District Consumer Forum, Sonbhadra. 

It is submitted by learned Counsel for the applicant that the quorum of District Consumer Forum, Sonbhadra is incomplete.  The decretal amount has already been deposited before District Consumer Forum in said execution case but no order is possible by District Consumer Forum for release of said amount because the quorum of the District Consumer Forum is incomplete.

Considering above submission made by learned Counsel for the applicant execution case No. 38 of 2017 pending before District Consumer Forum, Sonbhadra is transferred to District Consumer Forum, Mirzapur for proceeding further in accordance with law.

Application is disposed of accordingly.
