ORDER

            In compliance of the order dated 15.7.2011, the complainant handed over the Indemnity Bond to counsel for the OP and thereafter, the OP handed over the cheque to counsel for complainant amounting to Rs.49,000/- bearing No.632809, dated 20.7.2011 drawn on Axis Bank Ltd. favouring the complainant. Photocopy of indemnity bond and cheque retained on the Court file.

            Counsel for the complainant has withdrawn the complaint being fully satisfied. Such statement has been recorded on the complaint itself. In view of this, the complaint is dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied.

            Copies of this order free of cost be supplied to the parties. The file be consigned.
