          Heard on admission and rejected.  The complaint is filed against the insurance company to get amount for the loss sustained to the  products in the firm of complainant.  But it is seen that  there is no   policy between the complainant and respondent and the policy is stand in the name of another person.  So there is no consumer relationship and the complaint is found not maintainable before the Forum.
