          As per the policy, the goods stored in Shop No.8-A of Khanna Colony, Delhi Road, Sonepat were insured whereas the goods destroyed were lying in premises No.9-10 of Khanna Colony, Senepat.  The place which was insured along with the goods and the

premises where the incident took place were different.  The State Commission has rightly set aside the order passed by the District Forum.  No merits.  Dismissed.
