   The First Appeals were disposed of by a common order on 26.11.2009.  The State Commission had awarded interest at the rate of 6% per annum and this Commission increased the same from 6% to 9% per annum.  The present application has been filed seeking further enhancement of rate of interest from 9% to 15%. This point

has already been dealt with by us in our order.  Since there is no error apparent on the face of record, the present application seeking review is without any substance.  Dismissed.
