The entire amount payable to the complainant in terms of the State Commission order comes to Rs. 64,619/-. A demand draft of the same amount has been handed over by the learned counsel for the petitioner to the learned counsel for the respondent. A copy of the said demand draft has been placed on record. In view of the aforesaid payment, the revision petition has become infructuous and the same is hereby dismissed. The amount, which the petitioner had deposited in this Commission in compliance of the interim order be refunded to the petitioner alongwith interest, if any, which may have accrued on that amount.
