The complaint was filed under Section 12 (1) of the Consumer Protection Act,1986. The complainant is absent and has no representation from her side. The first and second opposite parties are also absent and have no representation from their side. The complainant is continuously absent since 31.032021. Hence, the commission issued notice to the complainant on 05.01.2023 to appear before the Commission. The notice sent to the complainant is seen served as per the proof of the delivery of  the Postal Department.  The complainant failed to appear before the commission even today. The complainant is not interested to proceed further.   There is no scope in proceeding with the complaint.

Hence the complaint is closed as dismissed.
