Despite our order dated 07.02.2020, no proof affidavit filed today also. The counsel seeks time. We had noticed in our order dated 07.02.2020 that, the complainant had been taking time for the said purpose from 10.12.2018. However, time was granted by way of indulgence on condition that, no further time would be granted for the said purpose and the case was posted to this date.
