“The OP has fully complied with the order dated 11.01.2012 passed by this Forum and duly upheld by the Hon’ble State Commission, UT Chandigarh, vide order dated 7.3.2012, so I do not wish to press this criminal complaint. It be dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied.”

 

 

            In view of the above statement made by counsel for complainant, this criminal complaint is dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied.
