ORDER

     The learned counsel for OP stated that the matter has been settled between the parties and he has filed one application/document dated 06.12.2019 received from complainants seeking withdrawal of the present consumer complaint. Alongwith application, authority letter in favour of Sh.Gursharan Singh Kang(Complainant No.1) on behalf of complainant No.2 & 3 also filed. Per contents of the application, Sh.Gursharan Singh Kang, Complainant No.1 and as Authorized Representative of Complainant No.2 & 3 has prayed that this case may kindly be dismissed as withdrawn as the opposite party has already paid a sum of Rs.10,000/- each to the three complainants towards full and final settlement of claim. In view of the request made in the application, the present consumer complaint is ordered to be dismissed as withdrawn being settled.

     Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
