ORDER

     Case taken up today in National Lok Adalat. Previous order dated 24.11.2021 perused. E-mail was received from counsel for OP No.1 that the laptop in question was changed by OP and in pursuance to the same, the complainant had compromised the matter and consented to withdraw the present case. It was also stated by counsel for complainant that the matter has been compromised and he wanted to withdraw the present case. In view of this, the present consumer complaint is dismissed as withdrawn being compromised. 

     Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
