The complaint was filed under Section 12 (1) of the Consumer Protection Act,1986. The complainant is absent and has no representation from his side. The complainant is continuously absent since 27.10.2021. The complainant failed to appear before the Commission even today. So many chances were given to the complainant. The complainant is not interested to proceed further. There is no merit in proceeding with the complaint by the Commission.

Hence the complaint is closed as ‘dismissed’.
