In-spite of notice dt.05.05.2022 of this Commisison, both the parties were absent on dt. 06.06.2022, 20.06.2022, 25.07.2022, 25.08.2022, 20.09.2022, 14.10.2022 and last chance was given to both the parties on dt. 10.11.2022 to file their Written Submission and hearing of the appeal.

To-day also both the parties are absent on repeated calls.

Hence, the appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution.
