Since, a paltry sum of Rs.1,360/- only, is involved in this case, learned counsel for petitioners on instructions states that petitioners do not want to pursue with the present petition and wants to withdraw the same. However, the present case should not be taken as a precedent. In view of the statement given by learned counsel for the petitioners, present petition stands dismissed as withdrawn. The present case shall not be taken as a precedent. The question of law is left open to be decided in an appropriate case. With these observations, present petition stands disposed of. Dasti.
