ORDER

Present:      None for complainant.

                       

                                Case called several times since morning but neither the complainant nor any other person on his behalf has appeared. It is already 4.50 P.M. No further wait is justified. The perusal of order sheet of this case shows that on previous five  hearing also, the complainant had not appeared before this Commission. It appears that the complainant is no more interested to proceed further with the present complaint. Therefore, the present complaint stands dismissed in default due to non-appearance of complainant.

                   Certified copy of the above order be supplied to the complainant free of costs.

                   File be consigned to the record-room after due compliance.
