An application has been filed by the complainant u/s 35 of the CPA,2019 alleging deficiency in the service against the op.

Case was admitted on 02.05.2022

These case record was placed  before the 3rd National Lok Adalata which was held on 13.08.2022.

Ld. 3rd National Lok Adalata pleased to pass the following order.

      “ therefore the dispute is settled at Rs.500/- ( Rupees five hundred only) to be paid in the bank account of the complainant by the op no.1 within a month”

Said order be  made part of this order.

In view of aforesaid  order of Ld. 3rd National Lok Adalata dtd 13.08.2022  present case be and the same vide no. CC/43/2022 is disposed of.
